SLA-backed request fulfillment, incident management, and change and release management support are standard to our Cloud Manage contracts.
We also include automated tools to monitor service uptime 24/7 through active system monitoring for both AWS and GCP, and automated service ticketing with Freshdesk®, a leading IT service management platform, to ensure our SLA commitments are met. A cloud operations review is provided on a monthly basis to report on our service performance. Kollab provides a service guarantee clause that commits immediate reduction to the service fees for the month, should our service uptime fall below the agreed SLA.
